Last updated: May 2026. These terms describe the permitted use of LeadSim Lab, including the free trial, paid simulation, personalized report, and tailored workbook download.
Developmental simulation
LeadSim Lab is a leadership-development simulation for technical professionals. It is designed for reflection, practice, and development planning through simulated decisions, a personalized report, and a workbook matched to the user profile.
Not an employment or clinical assessment
LeadSim Lab is not a clinical, psychometric, hiring, promotion, compensation, or disciplinary assessment. Do not use a result as the sole basis for employment, medical, or legal decisions.
License keys and access
Paid license keys are for the purchaser or assigned participant. Do not resell, publish, or share license keys outside the purchased tier. LeadSim Lab may limit, reset, or revoke access if a license key is abused, resold, or used outside the intended scope.
Payments and delivery
Payments are handled by Gumroad. After successful payment, Gumroad provides a license key through the receipt or product content page. Redeem the license key on LeadSim Lab to unlock the paid simulation. After completing the simulation, the final report page provides the personalized report and the tailored workbook download selected from the user’s result profile.
Personalized report and workbook
The report and workbook are generated or selected from simulated decision evidence. The workbook is routed using the dominant leadership style and lowest leadership-style signal, with first-five-question weighting used as the tie-breaker. Results are intended for personal development and should be interpreted as structured reflection rather than a validated diagnosis.
Intellectual property
The site, scenarios, reports, workbook files, scoring logic, visuals, and related materials are owned by LeadSim Lab or its licensors. You may use your own report and workbook for personal development. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or repackage LeadSim Lab materials without permission.
Availability and changes
The service is provided for development use. Availability, scenarios, pricing, product tiers, reports, workbook files, and features may change as the product evolves.
