LeadSim Lab is a leadership-development simulation for technical professionals. It is designed for reflection, practice, and development planning.
LeadSim Lab is not a clinical, psychometric, hiring, promotion, compensation, or disciplinary assessment. Do not use a result as the sole basis for employment or medical decisions.
Paid license keys are for the purchaser or assigned participant. Do not resell, publish, or share license keys outside the purchased tier.
Payments are handled by Gumroad. After successful payment, Gumroad provides a license key through the receipt or product content page. Redeem the license key on LeadSim Lab to unlock the paid assessment. Contact support with your Gumroad receipt if access is not received.
The site, scenarios, reports, planner, scoring logic, and related materials are owned by LeadSim Lab or its licensors. You may use your personal report for your own development.
The service is provided for development use. Availability, scenarios, pricing, and features may change as the product evolves.
