LeadSim Lab collects only the information required to provide the assessment, process payments, deliver license keys, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

Information we may collect

• Name, email, role context, and support messages you provide.
• Payment status and product tier from Gumroad. Card data is handled by Gumroad, not by LeadSim Lab.
• License-key redemption records and basic assessment/report data if backend report storage is enabled.
• Feedback form responses submitted through the site.

How we use information

We use information to issue access, validate paid use, provide support, generate or store reports if enabled, improve scenarios, and prevent abuse.

Data sharing

We may use service providers such as Gumroad, hosting providers, email delivery services, and database providers. We do not sell personal data.

Developmental-use boundary

LeadSim Lab is a developmental simulation. Results should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, compensation, disciplinary, or clinical decisions.
